Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up the vacancies for the Non- Gazetted & Non-Ministerial posts of Head constable (Radio Operator) and Head Constable (Radio Mechanic)  in BORDER SECURITY FORCE in the pay Matrix-4 , Pay Scale Rs 25,500-81,100 (as per 7th CPC ). and other allowances as admissible to Central Govt. employees from time to time. The posts are temporary but likely to become permanent. Online registration is mandatory and will be open from May 14,2019 to June 12, 2019. The total number of post is 1072 in which Head constable (Radio operator) post is 300 & Head constable (Radio Mechanic) post is 772. Candidates should fill up the application form only after going through the instructions.

Selection Process :-

(A) First Phase :- Written Test

(B) Second Phase :- 

1. PST, PET & Documentation :- All candidates appearing in this stage must have to qualify the PST/PET and documentation for further appearing in the next stage (written test i,e. descriptive test)

   (i) Preliminary Screening		Height, Chest	Height
   (ii) Physical Efficiency Test		(i) 1.6 Km race in 6.5 Minutes	800 Meters race to be completed in 4 Minutes
   		(ii) Long Jump - 3.65 Meters in three chance	09 Feet long jump (3 Chances to be given)
   		(iii) High Jump - 1.2 Meters in three chances (Ex-Servicemen and BSF Serving Personnel are  exempted from physical efficiency test)	03 Feet high Jump ( 3 Chances to be given)
   (iii) Verification of original documents -			Educational Certificate ITI / Diploma Certificate Age (Verified from matriculation mark sheet/certificate) EWS income and asset certificate OBC Certificate :- SC/ST Certificate Any other documents/certificate testimonials that the candidate wishes to produces.

2. Descriptive Written Test :-

• For HC (RO) - Candidates must qualify descriptive test as well as dictation test during this stage.
• For HC (RM) - Candidates must have to qualify descriptive test during this stage.

(C) Third Phase :- Final medical examination

(D) Final Result :- Final result will be prepared for HC (RO) & HC (RM) separately and merit will be prepared in following manner.

• HC/RO- Total Marks obtained in the descriptive test and dictation tests out of total marks (100+100 Respectively)
• HC/RM - Total Marks obtained in descriptive test out of 200 Marks.
