Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized University/Board with Hindi as a compulsory Subject.
Should be registered A-Grade Nurse and Midwife with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.

Name of the Post :- Clerk

Pay-Scale :- Rs. 5200-20200+GP 1900 (6 Pay Commission) /7" CPC FPL-2

Age :- 18-42 years

Essential Qualification :-

Graduates from a recognized University (For Ex-Serviceman having pensionable service and 1st class army certificate OR having Graduate Certificate issued by the competent authority of Defense Services).
Candidate will be required to qualify a.speed test at 9000 key depressions in English or 7500 key depressions in Hindi per hour.
The candidate shall have to qualify the State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and application (SETC) within the probation period of two years extendable by one year. The candidate appointed against the post of Clerk in the Group-C shall not be entitled to earn any increment in the pay scale till he/she qualifies the said test failing which the services of such employees shall be dispensed with.

Pay-Scale :- Rs. 52200-20200+GP 1900+Rs. 100/- Spl. Pay (6"* Pay Commission) /7“ CPC FPL-2
Age :- 18-42 years
Essential Qualification :-

Graduate from a recognised University with 80 w.p.m. speed in English Shorthand and ability to transcribe it at the speed of 15 w.p.m., 8% mistakes are permissible;
Candidates will be required to qualify a speed test at 9000 key depressions in English or 7500 key depressions in Hindi per hour;
Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard;

Essential Qualification :-

Graduates from a recognized University (For Ex-Serviceman having pensionable service and Ist class army certificate OR having Graduate Certificate issued by the competent authority of Defense Services).
Candidate will also have to qualify a test of data entry at the speed of 30 w.p.m/Computer Skills (including use of Internet & Email) as may be prescribed by the competent authority.

Essential Qualification :-

B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology from recognised Institute/
University.
Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

Selection Process :-

As per notification issued by General Administration Department, Haryana Government, the University shall make selection for Group 'C' posts on the basis of written exam and there shall be no interview. The Scheme of marks in respect of selection to Group 'C' posts shall comprise of total 100 marks, which is detailed below :-

Written Exam :- 90 Marks
Socio-Economic criteria and Experience :- 10 Marks

Merit :-

After the declaration of result of written test a cut off marks list of candidates in the ratio of 1:3 (where the vacancies two or more) and in the ratio of 1:5 (where the vacancies only one)will be displayed - Category-wise- in order of merit on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates out of 90 and the candidates will be invited for varification of their original documents. Final merit list will be prepared after verification of original document and award of maximum 10 marks as per the socio-economic and experience criteria.
The selected candidates will be considered only in the category he/she claimed in the application.
